Contacted ODN on Monday and was able to have a service technician stop by on a Wednesday to service my door. Cables needed adjustment and also confirm my garage door opener was properly working.
Cedric arrived in time, quickly addressed the issue and was able to repair my door in under one hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional!

My garage door rail bracket disconnected from the wall making it impossible to open the door. I spoke with Jim the service manager and he said he would come out that same morning. When he arrived he quickly assessed the problem and as courtesy call( door was bought in 2013) reinstalled the bracket as the first lag bolt was to short when first installed. Jim even took the time to look at my fireplace his co.installed and gave me helpful advice.! I highly recommend this co. As they stand behind their product!!
